the guy was mayor when it happened and he even toured the wreckage with prez Bush---and yet other haters will echo the same "facts" and refuse to acknowledge that indeed, 9/11 happened nine months into Bush's 1st term and the "shoe bomber" also happened and a couple of anthrax attacks happened.

lest we forget, Rudy was the presidential candidate that wrapped 9/11 round himself like peanuts and his blanket. how low the haters will go is any one's guess. its sad that instead of gathering around the prez as most all Americans did right after 9/11-yes-even i waved the flag and said he needed to invade Afghanistan. supported him till he got the stupid notion to go into Iraq to avenge his daddies unfinished business.
